UNITED AS ONE by Pittacus Lore

“It is the end. The final battle is about to commence… And Earth will be the battlefield. John Smith and the Garde stand between us and the might of the Mogadorians. The Garde are vastly outnumbered. But if they stand together… If they are united… If they are One… Then there is a slim chance of victory. In the end, true power lies in the numbers…”

What is the book about?

This is the end. Everything John and the rest of the Garde have done to prepare for this is finally going to be proven helpful or be rendered worthless. The final battle that had been predicted from the start is about to begin…on Earth. Setrákus Ra was on the verge of death when Six, Marina and Adam left New Mexico, but he is still out there. At the moment, the Garde are in hiding waiting until they are ready – but so is Setrákus Ra. The Garde know where to find him and he is vulnerable. The time is right: it’s now or never. Four, Six, Nine, Five, Seven, Ten United as One for the end of the war. If they don’t stand together, then the chances of victory are slimmer than ever. There is no going back. This is it. It’s either win or die but either way it is the final battle for the Garde. In the end, true power lies in the Numbers…

What were your initial thoughts on the book?

There was denying that I would read this book. There was absolutely nothing that could stop me from picking it up. With one quick glance at the blurb I knew I shouldn’t waste my time – just some more war propaganda, nothing really that interesting. One thing that did lot interesting on the back was the lay out of the pictures of the covers of all 6 books. I loved seeing them all and realised something almost immediately: the Numbers in the title are the Garde who will fight the final battle. This really interested e and made me consider a lot of other things that the titles could mean. Straight after looking at that I started to read. The Fate of Ten had ended in the worst ever cliff-hanger I have ever read. It was absolutely terrible, just horrendous. But anyway, I was really intrigued to know how this final book would conclude the extraordinary series that I have spent about 4 weeks of my life obsessing over. The book started all right but I feel like John could have been more emotional about a certain thing but other than that I was soon deep into the story just waiting to receive the answer I have been wanting since the start: will the Garde win the final battle?

Who was your favourite character and why?

My favourite character in this book (and probably in the whole series) was probably Marina. This decision was really tough because a lot of characters were really remarkable but I think that Marina was the best. The main reason why I loved her was how she had a really 2 sided personality. She was mainly sweet and protective in the few books and her Legacies complemented that kind side of her perfectly. I think out of all of the Garde she is probably the one I would go to for reassuring and kind words. Although I really loved this side of her, I also liked her cold, wild side. At the end of The Fall of Five, Marina finally got a fighting Legacy – an ice Legacy. This power and her anger towards Five really brought out the fight in her and shone a light on her more powerful and much braver side. I also really loved this side of her because it showed that she could fight just as well as the boys and let her take out all her anger. Marina was really incredible character and I loved how both these sides of her personality show how a girl can be both caring and strong, and much better than any boys.

What was your favourite part of the book and why?

My favourite part of the book was undoubtedly the final battle. Starting from The Power of Six this battle had already been predicted and all the Garde had begun to prepare for it. This whole series was made to just lead up to this end to the war. The war between the Loric and the Mogadorians had started year ago in whole other galaxy by a whole other generation and now it ends with 6 teenage Loric. The Garde had been raised their whole lives knowing that their fate was to either win against Setrákus Ra or die trying and they were all prepared for that. The ending to United as One showed me exactly what those kids were capable of and how all those years on the run were over, one way or another. It was a really good battle, full of action and I could barely keep up with it. There was so much going on at the same time that I had to reread the same paragraph at least 3 times just to understand what had happened. However, that wasn’t because it was confusing but because I was so excited at what was happening and so anxious to know if the Garde would survive that I rushed ahead to read on. I really loved this part and enjoyed seeing the end to a war that I felt very connected to even if I was never really there.

What was your overall impression of the book?

Overall the book was really good and I enjoyed almost every part of it. The start of the book was incredible and so was every bit after it, until the end. I really loved all the action and planning in the book and how everything led to the final battle. At the start of the book 3 people had a dream with Setrákus Ra and I found it really interesting, especially who those people where and how Setrákus Ra tried to overpower them. The ending of The Fate of Ten had left me completely and utterly shocked. I was desperate to find out Johns reaction and see what would happen next. I was intrigued at what could have happened to Setrákus Ra and United as One didn’t disappoint me. Every word was written to make me wasn’t to read on and every single chapter was better than the last. The book was written from John and Six’s points of view and although they aren’t necessarily my favourite perspectives, I really liked them. Some of the other books in the Lorien Legacies series had more than 2 perspectives and I think this was way too much. United as One had exactly the right amount of viewpoints and they complemented each other perfectly. The chapters sometimes ended in a cliff-hanger and switched to the other perspective which was annoying but also made me want to read on to be able to discover the next part of the story. There was only one thing that I really wanted to change about the book – the ending. The final battle happened at the end of the book and although it did happen like I had sort of predicted the conclusion to the book was terrible. I just hated how straight after the battle the book goes forward in time one year. I did like hearing from the characters and seeing how the end of what they had been training for their whole lives had affected them but it was way too quick. I was really frustrated that I didn’t get to see the reaction of the characters when they realised that it was all over and was just downright angry at Pittacus Lore. I really wished the book had finished differently and am also sad to see the end of a really wonderful book series. However I can’t wait to start reading the Lorien Legacies Reborn series, starting with Generation One!

Which was your favourite book in the Lorien Legacies series? (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7)

I think that after reading the ending of United as One my favourite book remains as The Fate of Ten. Every single book in the Lorien Legacies series was just incredible. I loved every step I took with the Garde and appreciated every moment with them, I’m sad to see it all end. In my opinion, The Fate of Ten was the best book in the series. This is because it includes everything that makes a book good. It was just amazing – it was full of action, had some romance, was thrilling, sad, happy, exciting and above all had some outstanding characters. I think that every character in the series showed their best self in The Fate of Ten and that really made the book stand out. United as One was a great example of the best in every character but the ending was just too annoying to make the book better than The Fate of Ten. I just loved every single word in the book and enjoyed the amazing flashback to the story of Pittacus Lore and Setrákus Ra – it was really interesting to see where and how it all began. I just absolutely and unmistakably think that The Fate of Ten was the most astounding book in the series.

Would you recommend this book?

Overall the series is really good so I definitely recommend reading it. Particularly this book I don’t recommend as much as the others but if you start reading the Lorien Legacies series you will be desperate for the end. I particularly suggest you read this book if you enjoy action and science fiction books and are about 13 or older. If you are interested then you should absolutely read the first book – I am Number Four – and start the adventure. And if you read the series and enjoy it I suggest trying out The Lost Files which are 5 books with 3 short stories on Lorien, the Legacies, and a lot more, even Numbers 1,2 and 3 that were dead before the start of the series.

Summarise the book in one sentence. (Verdict)

A shocking end to a wonderful, action-packed, thrilling, out of this world adventure.

THE FATE OF TEN by Pittacus Lore

“THEY are not hiding any more. THEY have begun their invasion. THEY will take your planet by force. THEY believe they are unstoppable. WE can defeat them. WE have unleashed an ancient power. WE have turned the tide. WE are no longer alone in this fight. THIS IS THE BEGINNING OF THE END.”

What is the book about?

After risking everything to go to the Sanctuary, Marina, Six and Adam think that nothing happened and that they are just as lost as before. However, Marina believes that Lorien has now spread all over Earth and, although she has no clue what it means, she has hope that they have new power that will help them win this battle. On the other hand, John and Sam know that going to the Sanctuary as turned the tide and now they are not alone. Lorien has bestowed its power onto the humans and now the Legacies belong to Earth. An ancient power has now been released and the Garde does no longer have to fight alone. Human teenagers are developing Legacies just like the Loric once did on Lorien. The invasion has finally begun, and the Mogadorians believe that they are winning. They think that they are unstoppable and that the Garde are worthless against them. Little do they know that now the Garde have the power they need to defeat them. This is the beginning of the final battle.

What were your initial thoughts on the book?

The ending of The Revenge of Seven was just shocking and incredible at the same time. I was just completely astounded by what happened when the book finished and knew that I had to read The Fate of Ten. The blurb, although slightly different, was still not what I am used to. It was more like a war speech to rally up the troops and more something for the characters inside rather than the readers. However, I still really liked it because it told me that now the Garde are more confident that the can win the battle and stop the Mogadorians from invading Earth. The first bit of the book was more of an epilogue. It was similar to the start of I am Number Four which I think was showing what happened to Number Three so that the story could continue with Number Four – John. In The Fate of Ten I think that it was showing how Daniela – a human girl who developed telekinesis – escaped the Mogs and discovered her Legacy. It was very interesting as it gave me hope that the Garde was now strong enough if other humans also got Legacies. The first few chapters weren’t really that interesting or intriguing but I was desperate for answers so I continued to read despite that. However after a while I felt exactly as I did with the other books and was soon deep into the story.

Who was your favourite character and why?

It was much harder to choose a favourite character in The Fate of Ten because a lot of characters really shone in the book and many were really interesting. But I think that my favourite character is once again Ella. In The Revenge of Seven, Ella really began to stand out to me but I think that it was more because of how interesting and shocking her part of the story was and about how brave she was when she was dealing with her new messed up life with Setrákus Ra. However, in The Fate of Ten I got to see from John perspective just how getting captured and treated like a Mogadorian princess had affected her. It was shocking to see Ella through John mind and look at how all the new discoveries had toughened e up and made her stronger and wiser. Her telepathy Legacy really developed during her time aboard the Anubis and how all the futures she had seen helped her accept that killing Setrákus Ra would be impossible of she didn’t accept her fate. Thinking about all of this made the title make sense and I realise now the whole book was pretty much based on that. Ella was not just brave and selfless enough to accept it but also to take matters into her own hands. Another character that also stood out to me, and I think it is really important to mention her, is Sarah. She was just a normal human living a completely perfect and normal life when she fell in love with John Smith in the first book – I am Number Four. Even though she could have chosen to forget she had even met John after he left Paradise, she never stopped loving him. When the opportunity came to stay with John she didn’t hesitate to join him in the midst of the battle and help to finish a war started on a whole other planet. She was brave and willing to do anything for John and the other Garde even though she could have chosen a different and much safer path. She risked her life (on multiple occasions) and never stopped fighting. She was an amazing character.

What was your favourite part of the book and why?

I really liked the part near the end when Ella brings in all the people touched by Legacy – the Entity that Six, Marina and Adam released from the Sanctuary – into a dream state. It is really interesting that she can do something that powerful (even if it is with some help from Legacy) and at how she is able to show the other the past. I loved learning about how Setrákus Ra got his scar and why he became such an evil Loric and chose to become part Mogadorian. I learnt a lot from the vision, and not just about Setrákus Ra, but about Pittacus Lore and what role he played in all of it. I got to see his incredibly rare Legacy called Ximic and everything about his past. Ella didn’t just bring in the Gard into the dream state but also all the humans now developing Legacies. I was really interested in how many humans now had incredible powers and had been brought into a fight that they probably wish they could just ignore and leave to the police or army. I can’t wait to read the next book and find out more about them.

What was your overall impression of the book?

Overall the book was really good and every chapter was absolutely marvellous. Each chapter was better than the last interesting me even more and getting me more and more intrigued and excited to discover more. The start was really strange as it had an epilogue that had only been used once in the first book but I like it as it explained more about the humans with Legacies. The first few chapters were just more talk about the invasion and all of that which was good but I just wanted to learn more about the Sanctuary and everything. It was really annoying that John and Sam didn’t know why Sam got Legacies when Six, Marina and Adam had the answer but didn’t know the answer – it was a very frustrating use of dramatic irony. The book was told from 3 perspectives: John’s, Six’s and Ella’s, but we only got to hear about 2 chapters from Ella (which I hated) so it wasn’t as irritating as with all the other books when you have to wait ages to hear from the other character. Once I had started, I got through the rest of the book really quickly and soon reached the end. It was a good but sad ending. It was really annoying not knowing what had happened to Setrákus Ra and to have such a sad ending but it didn’t ruin the book that much and I think that it was quite a good finish to the book.

Which book did you like better: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6?

Every single book was amazing and I love them all almost equally but I am undoubtedly sure that The Fate of Ten is the best book so far. For a long time The Power of Six had been my favourite book because of how it included absolutely everything a book should have and now I know that it has me its match. Although I had chosen The Revenge of Seven as the better book, it was a really close call and now I am more than 100% sure The Fate of Ten is the best book so far. It did not just have everything The Power of Six had but also much more specifically a lot of character development. We get to see the best in pretty much every character in the book, even Five, and it really shows how bravery in a battle can bring out amazing qualities in a character. The book was really interesting especially in the middle of an invasion with lots of new information on Setrákus Ra. However the ending was really sad but I still cannot wait to read the last book and finally see how the final battle ends – though I will be sad to see the series end.

Would you recommend this book?

I think that the book is amazing and perfect for science fiction, action and adventure fans. I recommend it specifically for readers over 13 but I also advise reading the books in order starting with I am Number Four, the first great book of the series.

Summarise the book in one sentence. (Verdict)

A magical, adventurous and emotional read I am sure everyone will love.

THE REVENGE OF SEVEN by Pittacus Lore

“The worst was supposed to be over. We were reunited after a decade apart. We were discovering the truth about our past. We were training and getting stronger every day. We were even happy… But we never imagined the Mogadorians could turn one of our own against us. We were fools for trusting Five. And now Eight is lost for ever. I would do anything to bring him back, but that’s impossible. Instead, I will do whatever it takes to destroy every last one of them. I’ve spent my entire life hiding. That stops now. We have a new ally who knows their weaknesses. And we’re going to take the battle to them. Finally, we have the power to fight back…”

What is the book about?

The Garde were in hiding for most of their lives. Hunted. Alone. Never knowing what could be happening to the others. When they were reunited, they thought the worst was over. They thought they would finally be able to finish the war and be happy. But they were wrong. They underestimated the Mogadorians and their power of persuasion; they never believed that the Mogs could turn one of their own against them. They trusted Five and he repaid them by turning on them and trying to deliver them to the Mogs on a silver platter. Now Eight is gone and there is nothing they can do about it. They are 2 Garde down. Even since they reunited the Garde have been in hiding. But that stops now. Now they have their own Mogadorian ally to help them. One of the Mogs who know the weaknesses of their enemies. No more waiting for the Mogadorians to arrive fully armed and ready for battle. No more waiting for the battle to go to them. The Garde are ready and now, now they are taking the battle to them. Finally they will find back and finish it once and for all…

What were your initial thoughts on the book?

The Fall of Five ended devastatingly, and I was completely desperate to find out what would come next. The book had 2 endings, one in Chicago and one in Florida, and neither one gave me answers that I wanted. It wasn’t the same as the ending of the previous 3 books because The Fall of Five had an upsetting surprise. It left me shocked for a start but then it just enraged me and made me more curious to find the answers to all the questions the series had created. The first thing that I did after finishing The Fall of Five was read the blurb of The Revenge of Seven but, as usual, it didn’t give me much information or make me want to open the book. Obviously, because I had read the previous book, there was no way that a blurb would prevent me from reading it; however it was a bit disappointing. The title of The Revenge of Seven was rather interesting though. It made me really wonder about the story in the book and did make me think that there could be some foreshadowing involved in the title. The tart of the book was interesting but also really annoying. The first chapter was so intriguing that I just could not keep up; I needed to know what was going on with Ella and Setrákus Ra. However, Pittacus Lore is one frustrating author always leaving cliff-hangers on the chapters and switching to a new perspective. It was like I was reading 3 different books at the beginning, when I just wanted to focus on the one, but it was very hooking and I transported into the book from the very first sentence.

Who was your favourite character and why?

This was a really tough decision and there were really a lot of characters that I would consider my favourite: Marina, Six, Ella, but I think that Ella really stood out to me in The Revenge of Seven. In the book, you really go to see how her character had developed and how she had changed from the scared little girl who still hadn’t developed her Legacies, to a confident one ready to do anything to stop Setrákus Ra. In the books, I always have a favourite perspective and in this book it was Ella’s. This was probably because where she was and what was happening to her raised the most questions, and also it was the first time hearing from her so it was new and fresh. However, I think that the main reason was because she had the most interesting, unique story and the way she handled all the chaos was outstanding. When something huge happens to a character, I try and picture myself in that situation to try and see what it would be like for an ordinary person, to try and see what personality that person has. With Ella’s situation, I also pictured myself having a mental breakdown and that is why I thought of how brave and strong Ella had become. She learnt so much about her life and her family, and discovered all the lies she had been told. She even had to choose between saving herself and saving everyone else, and she was brave enough and selfless enough to put everyone else’s life above her own. Though nothing actually happened to her, she was ready.

What was your favourite part of the book and why?

Usually my favourite part is one of the chapters that have the most action or interesting parts. However in The Revenge of Seven, my favourite part was when Six, Marina and Adam went to the Sanctuary. Of course, this part was quite interesting and I did get to learn a bit more about the Loric and their travels to Earth which I really liked, but that wasn’t the main reason I liked this part. I really enjoyed this part mainly because of how beautiful and amazing the Sanctuary was. It was an incredible part with really good description of just how wonderful this was. I liked how Six felt that she was home and that she was closer to Lorien and everyone from her life before coming to Earth. The Sanctuary was just unbelievable and I also loved how cool it was to enter through the portal and the well that was made of Loralite was also really astonishing and very interesting. I also loved what happened there (I will not say what it was in case of spoilers) because it was happy, intriguing and sad all at the same time and I really liked it.

What was your overall impression of the book?

Overall the whole book was amazing. I really loved everything and every part was incredible. The start of The Revenge of Seven was really good and I was constantly on the edge of my seat waiting to learn more. The book was written from 3 perspectives which were a bit annoying, especially as I enjoyed one perspective more than the others. I think that 3 perspectives are way too many to have in a book because sometimes it can get confusing and also really frustrating. I understood why Pittacus Lore chose to write the book from 3 points of view but even though the characters were all separate and you would miss a lot, it was still really irritating to have to wait ages to find out more from one of the characters, especially as the chapters ended in cliff-hangers. There wasn't as much action in this book apart from a couple smaller fights and the crazy ending but I think that the book still had a lot of different genres and a bit of everything. The ending of The Revenge of Seven was just crazy and the only thing I could think when I finished the book was ‘what?!’ It was shocking and just so confusing, I have so many questions that I cannot wait to answer in the next book!

Which book did you like better: 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?

I think that my favourite book is now The Revenge of Seven but The Power of Six still came really close with it. The Power of Six had everything and a lot more action than The Revenge of Seven. I also liked it because the Garde was beginning to find each other and the final fight was nearing. However, I think that The Revenge of Seven was the better book because, though it had less action and was a lot shorter, it still had everything I love in a book: action, adventure, romance and a lot more. The Fall of Five had a very sad and shocking ending and I really wanted to get back to reading and, although I couldn't change what happened to Eight, I thought that the ending of The Revenge of Seven kind of helped me accept it and move on. I really liked what happened in the Sanctuary and how absolutely astonishing it was. The Sanctuary made the book that much better and the beauty and incredible power in it was just amazing. As a whole The Revenge of Seven was the better book but I still really enjoyed all the other ones.

Would you recommend this book?

This is definitely a book that everyone should read, it’s full of action adventure, mystery, romance and above all incredible characters that you can’t help but get attached to. However, I think that it is important to read the other books in the series first, but I 100% recommend The Revenge of Seven.

Summarise the book in one sentence. (Verdict)

An exciting novel, full of everything and perfect for any reader.

THE FALL OF FIVE by Pittacus Lore

“I thought things would change when I found the others. We would stop running. We would fight the Mogadorians. And we would win. But I was wrong. Though we came together, we barely escaped with our lives. And now we hide. The six of us are powerful – but not strong enough to take on an army. We haven’t discovered our full Legacies. We haven’t learned to work together. And time is running out, because we need to find Number Five before they do. The battle is far from over…”

What is the book about?

The Garde thought they were strong enough to win the war. Strong enough to defeat Setrákus Ra, and strong enough that it would all finally be over. But they were wrong. They thought that coming together was enough, but they hadn’t learnt to work as a team. After facing Setrákus Ra, they barely escaped with their lives and if they had fought for a minute longer, I doubt they would have been that lucky. Now they are back in hiding. They are trying to piece together a plan to win against the Mogadorians and be able to finish what was started year ago.  They are powerful, but that’s not enough. The Garde need to learn to fight together or else they will never make it back to Lorien. Now they must rest, try and develop their Legacies further, and find Number Five before the Mogadorians do – before it’s too late. The battle is far from over, and soon they will be strong enough to take back Lorien and restore the peace there once was.

What were your initial thoughts on the book?

Like after reading I am Number Four and The Power of Six, I was really intrigued at what would come next after reading The Rise of Nine. The first thing that I noticed about the book was the title – the strange title. The second and the third books seemed much happier with the words power and rise but the fourth one was different. The title is The Fall of Five, which sounds like something bad will happen. I knew immediately before I started that something weird would happen to Five: maybe he would die, or be captured by the Mogadorians or maybe even something worse, but I knew it would be bad and I was desperate to start reading. Once I started to read, I just became more and more curious about Number Five. It seemed strange that he was the only one who wasn’t with the rest of the Garde and I was suspicious that something was going on and that was the reason he hadn’t tried to find the others yet. The start of the book also made me more interested in Setrákus Ra – the Mogadorian leader – and I wanted to know more about how and why he communicated with some of the Garde in their dreams and what it meant.

Who was your favourite character and why?

My favourite character was Marina – Number Seven. I had always liked her in all the other books before The Fall of Five but it wasn’t until this book that I really started to see her fully and all her different personality traits. She was kind and caring, always wanting to look after the others. She was like the peace restorer in the group, there to make sure that no one got too aggressive with the others. Her healing Legacy also helped with this and meant that she was the one to care for people – she was Nurse Marina like Nine called her. She was more of a defensive person in the first 3 books, protecting others and making sure that no one got injured by the Mogadorians. It wasn’t until The Fall of Five that we got to see her attacking personality – the killer. She became a fierce fighter willing to kill as many Mogadorians as needed to win. Although I had always see her as a sweet girl now I got to see the warrior inside her and understand that she wasn’t just someone to sit in the side lines as a first aid kit for anyone injured on the battlefield. She was a strong and powerful fighter, willing to do whatever was needed to defeat Setrákus Ra.

What was your favourite part of the book and why?

The whole book was really good and I liked every part however there was a part that I liked more. I think that my favourite part is probably when all the Garde are playing capture the flag. I really like it because it was the first time they were all working together as a team. I think that it was really important to play that because it gave everyone the opportunity to show what they could do and practise as a whole team. It also gave them the chance to practise teamwork and looking out for each other. I think that it gave them higher hopes of winning against Setrákus Ra and gave them the chance to bond and realise that they can be stronger than anyone if they work as a team. During all the other books they are trying to build up their team and find all of the Garde so that when the time comes they can finish the battle and I think seeing them all work together and look out for one another really show me as the reader that a happy future can be possible.

What was your overall impression of the book?

Overall The Fall of Five was a really good book and despite there being certain things that annoyed me and that I didn’t necessarily like, I wouldn’t change anything. I loved that the title of the book already brought up some questions and interested me more than I already was. I like it when the cover of the book already makes you want to read it or it makes you more curious. Another thing that I liked about the book was that all the Garde were finally together which meant no more trying to search all over the world to find each other so most of the others books will be more battles and more questions being answered. I also liked the way the book ended and how the introduction of that new character made you more intrigued than before. There were about 3 different cliff-hangers all going on at once that made you anxious to learn more from 3 different people. The book was written from 3 different perspectives again, which I think worked much better in The Fall of Five than in The Rise of Nine. This is because the characters were all practically together following the same story for most of the time and once they separated only 2 people carried on showing their point of view, so I didn’t get too confused. There were a couple of things (and a certain character) that really irritated me but the book would have been as good without it and, though I didn’t like it, I think that it was the right thing to do.

Which book did you like better: 1, 2, 3 or 4?

All the books were really good and I enjoyed reading them. I am Number Four, The Rise of Nine and The Fall of Five were all extraordinary books but I still think that The Power of Six is the best book in the series so far. Though The Rise of Nine did put up a good fight against The Power of Six, it was not difficult to dismiss The Fall of Five a contender for my favourite book. It was absolutely incredible but The Power of Six was much better. It was written from a perfect amount of perspectives and was full of everything that I like in a book. There was lots of interesting information that no just answered questions but also created some, which I really enjoyed. There was also some action – well, a lot of action – and I loved experiencing the battles with the Mogadorians. Though they were upsetting, I also liked the sad parts of the book, because though laughing and fighting with characters is amazing, I also enjoy crying with them and being there as comfort for whatever pain or loss they are suffering. I really loved The Power of Six, every sing bit of it.

Would you recommend this book?

The Fall of Five is definitely a great book to read for any reader over 13 who enjoys thrilling battles. I recommend reading it to anyone who enjoys action but specifically to those who have read the 3 previous books in the series.

Summarise the book in one sentence. (Verdict)

A shocking and upsetting read, but still full of action and adventurous fights.
